From the Boondocks Workshop to Your Door
We take care in preparing every Boondocks order for its trip to you. Because our shop includes handmade goods, apparel, home goods, gifts, and products of many different sizes and weights, shipping costs and delivery options may vary from one order to another.
Processing Your Order
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 7–10 business days.
Many of our goods are handmade or finished here in the Boondocks Workshop. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or handcrafted items may require additional processing time. When additional time is expected, it will be noted with the product or communicated with you after your order is placed.
Processing time is the time required for us to prepare your order and is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
Shipping Options & Costs
Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Because our products vary considerably in size and weight, shipping costs may differ depending upon the contents of your order. When multiple shipping services are available, you may be able to choose from the options presented at checkout.
Any estimated delivery date provided by a shipping carrier begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been prepared for shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information after it leaves our hands.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transit are outside our direct control. If you believe your package has been lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order goods may require additional preparation time before shipment. Any special timeline associated with your order will be communicated when appropriate.
