At Boondocks Trading Co., we’re all about getting your gear to you in a jiffy, no matter where you hang your hat. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle shipping:
1. Roundin’ Up Your Order (Processing Times)
- Most orders are wrangled and ready to ship within 7-10 days.
- For custom-made or handcrafted items, give us a little extra time to make sure it’s just right.
2. Gettin’ It to Your Door (Shipping Options & Costs)
- Standard Delivery: Expect your package to arrive in about 14-21 days.
- Express Delivery: For those in a hurry, express shipping can get your goods to you in 10-14 days.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Ridin’ Free (Free Shipping)
Spend $200 or more, and we’ll cover the shipping costs—no strings attached!
4. Follow the Trail (Tracking Information)
As soon as your order hits the trail, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door. This information will be sent from shipping@boondockstradingco.com.
5. When the Trail Gets Rough (Lost or Delayed Shipments
Every now and then, a package takes a detour. If your shipment is delayed or goes missing:
- Drop us a line at shipping@boondockstradingco.com, and we’ll track it down or make it right with a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued at store credit in the form of Gift Cards.
6. Custom Orders & Special Goods
- Custom orders take a little extra time—processing and shipping timelines will be shared with you at checkout.
- Patience, partner! Good things are worth waitin’ for.
